All of our products come from only the best suppliers. All Woof Gang bone based products are sourced from the United States. In addition, all antlers are naturally shed elk antlers from the USA. All other products are sourced from high quality South American cattle, mainly in Brazil and Columbia. Woof Gang Gourmet Treats are both sourced and baked in the United States.
Both terms actually mean extremely low odor, there can still be a slight beef smell. When your dog’s saliva rehydrates the chew the smell may increase.

We agree, our treats do smell good enough to eat! While all our Gourmet Treats are made with human grade ingredients, please remember they are meant for dogs!
While many of our treats, bones and chews are just fine on carpet some can cause staining. Like any chew or toy always supervise your pet!

Artvark Pet / Woof Gang Bakery Returns Policy:
All orders placed on www.www.woofgangpremium.com are guaranteed against damages, defects, or incorrect shipments (such as the wrong item being shipped or shortages). If you come across any damages, defects or misshipments, please pull this product off to the side and submit photos to premium@www.woofgangpremium.com with a short description. Photos must include lot code, expiration date, product, and damages. Once we receive this information, we will take care of correcting this for you right away. Claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Please keep the product off to the side until further instruction. Do not throw away product unless specifically instructed to do so. Please do not put items in question out on the sales floor until all discrepancies are taken care of. If there is any problem with your order when you receive it or if you are dissatisfied with our products or quality, we will accept returns for a full refund within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Also, please open all boxes, including bulk treat boxes, before claiming shortages.
All other requests for returns and refunds must also be communicated within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Artvark will not cover the shipping cost for returns of product that are not damaged/defective/incorrect. We will refund you for the cost of the product upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.
Any requests for refunds/returns after 72 hours of receipt of your order will require approval and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please inspect your shipment in full upon receipt. To request a return or refund for any reason, please email us at premium@www.woofgangpremium.com.

Orders received before 2:00pm PST ship within 24 hours, except weekends.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Any orders shipped to a Residential address will incur a Residential Shipping Surcharge.
